Every year I like to take stock of the things I did as both a keepsake and because I know how much you all love hearing me talk about my personal life.  It’s a fun way of keeping track of the way my life has changed over the course of getting married, having child after child after child, and slowly losing the will to live.  For example, if you were to go back to 2006 you’d see that I attended far more baseball games and made way more jokes about fat chicks.

Sporting Events I attended:
Baseball (regular season): 12
Baseball (spring training): 5
College Basketball: 2
College Football: 4

Stadiums/Arenas I visited:
Chase Field–10 games a year.  Not my favorite stadium by far but very comfortable.  Transforms into an above average stadium when the roof is open.
Fenway Park–Easily the best sports experience of my life for many reasons.
Wrigley Field–It would have been a lot more fun if the Cubs had lost.  Alas…
Phoenix Municipal Stadium
Maryvale Stadium–Beautiful stadium in a shitty neighborhood.  Not planning on going back.
Scottsdale Stadium–Best Spring Training stadium in AZ.
Tempe Diablo Stadium
Sun Devil Stadium
Wells Fargo Arena

It’s been a rough year for the official MLJ Intern. But I choose not to focus on the negatives. That’s both my blessing and my curse. I tend to block out the bad. I’ll talk about it and joke about it, but generally, I don’t let stuff like “losing a job” bring me down. I really don’t sweat the big stuff. It’s the little things that bother me. Well, Clown, let me tell you, I have no idea.  It’s taken me years to cultivate such a dashing personality and passing it on to someone like you would be both dificult and a waste of time.  Your poor syntax and spelling lead me to believe that you are a dullard without a brain in that mongoloid head of yours.  But for the rest of my loyal readership I will provide a year long recap of my hijinks and adventures.
