jake-peavyGood morning friends of fucking amazing. I have switched days with your normal Saturday morning buddy, Nick P. and I will humbly guide you through your day. Well, not humbly. I am fucking amazing, as is this site, and you should be happy a guy like me actually gives his words to someone like you. The next two days, we have us some meaningful baseball. Except for me who will be at Shitty Field to watch a meaningless baseball game between the Mets and Astros. I am using my last overpriced ticket of the year. I am so looking forward to that price cut next season. Or something. Gurucane and I are going to discuss where we want to sit next season. We sit in the last row of the Promenade behind the dreamy David Wright. The seats aren’t bad but we want better. So we are going to do some perusing to determine what we would like best. We figure there will be a bit of a decline in sales from this year so we may have our pick of the litter.

The Tigers are doing their best to lose the fucking division. It may hurt Marcus Thames bid at an MVP if they do. The Twins are playing the Royals. They won last night. Jake Peavy tooled the TIgers at U.S. Cellular. 8-0. The Tigers have a Magic Number of 2. it all could end tonight if Zach Greinke does his Cy Young best and the Tigers beat the White Sox with Crazy Bones frothing at the mouth. I just have a feeling things won’t go as planned. I see a Playoff Game at the Metrodome on Tuesday to figure this whole thing out. It is nice to have a meaningful pennant race to end the season. A little tidbit I learned on Baseball Tonight, the Tigers would be the second team since Divisional play started in 1969 to blow a 4 game lead with 16 games to play. The other team? Go Fuck Yourself.

Any other baseball scores can be located in the Gonzo Memorial. Frankly, does anyone give a shit?

Some Hockey was played last night. I didn’t watch a second of it. I am looking forward to John Taveres debut for the Islanders tonight against the Penguins at the Nassau Coliseum. I am going to attempt to watch hockey this season. It will last 5 days. Anywho, here are last night’s scores.

I glanced at the Minor League Football contests, we can look forward to Michigan/Michigan St., LSU/Georgia USC/Cal and Oklahoma/The U. I guess that will be fun for someone.

Tomorrow brings us the NFL and that is always titstacular and meaningful.

Enjoy your day and of course your weekend.
