Call your local health store and ask for a detox drink. it tastes like shit. then drink and whole bunch of water and workout. take a centrum before the test so your piss has color

yeah, that job didn't work out that well. be careful with that niacin and golden seal stuff. if your piss is too diluted with stuff like that they may not pass you. i don't think it's a fail, but it's inconclusive which brings up red flags all over.

Ive been smoking on and off for the past 2 months. I have golden seal and niacin. But this dude I know said that there’s a drink that flushes your shit out. Im going to try it and start taking Nacin and drinking Hella water.

i used one that didn't work, but i had also smoked a coupel days before. if you can take a week off and then use some of that detox drink stuff it should work. those drinks taste like shit though, but i guess it's worth it if you pass it.
