of effort and decision making by the Cavs. Lebron’s shot selection was some of the worst by him this year. In fact, Lebron’s shot selection is generally directly correlated to his effort. When his effort is high, he’s dunking on people and owning the paint. When his effort is low, he’s setting for awful, Kobe-like 19 footers. Lebron fell into a 21-6-5 last night, which has to be the most misleading stat line of this year. He couldn’t have played worse. In his first game back with the Cavs, Joe Smith tried way, way too hard. I love the guy, but he’s not here to be an offensive force. Coach Mike did not make any adjustments last night at all and didn’t take important timeouts when they were needed. He really will need to rally the troops tonight before a tough game against the Miami Heat (I’ll be there). All in all, a disgusting night of basketball. Other stuff happened, but I can’t talk about it.
