Rise and shine, campers, and get ready for another majestic day in MLJ land. I’ll be starting things off this morning

Ali.
with a recap of the doings from last night. The rest of our crew will be chiming in later with their own special brand of excellence. Let’s get right to it.
Indiana 107, Orlando 102: 21 points and 20 rebounds from Dwight Howard were all for naught last night, as Orlando dropped a game on the road to the Pacers. Even without Jameer Nelson, Orlando cannot afford to lose games to bad teams if they want to remain in the chase for the #1 seed. Danny “Gay” Granger played pretty well last night (33 points).
Boston 110, Knicks 100: Boston rallied from 4 points down to start the 4th quarter to blow out the Knicks by 10. Rajon Rondo (12-10-7) and Paul Pierce (26 points on 13 shots) did most of the damage for Boston. Kevin Garnett did his part by giving a menacing stare to 5′8″ Nate Robinson. He also later wet himself when Jerome James looked at him.
New Orleans 101, Toronto 92: Sans Chris Paul, the Hornets handled the Raptors at home. Believe it or not, David West grabbed 10 (!) rebounds. That doesn’t sound like much, but it’s a rare feat for that softy to rip 10+. Peja shouldered the scoring load with 28.
Finally, congratulations to Chris Webber. Last night, the Sacramento Kings retired his jersey #4. He was one of the best players in the West in the late 90s/early 00s, and if it weren’t for Shaq, Ron Harper, Brian Shaw, and Robert Horry, he might have had a ring or two.
Enjoy your Saturday, y’all.
