Hear ye, hear ye - All hail the Mayor of Fraudville!

Hear ye, hear ye - All hail the Mayor of Fraudville!

Maybe one of the worst football weekends in recent history at the clown household, as the Longhorns got hosed out of a BCS title game and has to play their bowl game against a mid-major and the Cowboys collapsed in remarkable fashion against a team that has Ben Roethlisberger as their QB. Oh well, at least Manny Pacquiao won that joke of a boxing match. Really, Oscar was in a no-win situation. If he won, it was because he was so much naturally bigger than Manny, and if he lost it would probably ruin any future bouts and paydays. Well, Oscar definitely picked the worst of the outcomes. I’ll be surprised if he decides to fight again, unless it was some kind of “career redemption” match against Cotto or Margarito, in which case I’ll be afraid for his life and I will light a candle for him at the local Church.

Eagles 20, Giants 13: The Giants were toe up from the flow up by Brian Westbrook, who by most accounts was even more hobbled than even Plaxico Burress. He had 33 rushes for 133 yards and a TD. Keep in mind that this was the same Eagles team that mustered 86 yards on the ground against the lowly Ravens only two weeks ago.

Cowboys 13, Steelers 20: Should I take solace in the fact that the ‘Boys lost to a division leader on the road, instead of to a last place team at home? No. Tony Romo had 3 interceptions and he sucks so much ass, it’s sickening. Each day that passes is a day closer to my dying before another Mexican quarterback wins the Super Bowl.

Jets 14, 49ers 24;
Gheytriots 24, Seahawks 21;
Dolphins 16, Bills 3:
We now have three teams atop the AFC East with 8-5 records. I can’t think of anything more unexciting than a three way race to see who gets to lose in the first round of the playoffs. I’m too tired and I’m not gonna go over any highlights from this game. I hope you don’t mind.

Texans 24, Packers 21: Brutal loss for Green Bay. Somehow the cheeseheads are going to blame this on Rodgers, but I think it would be even worse if Favre was there. He would’ve totally tanked the season like he’s been doing pretty much every year with the exception of last year’s fluketacular run. If the Texans could play at he beginning of the season like they do in the latter half, maybe they could knock Peyton Manning giant forhead out of the playoffs and out of our lives. Is that so much to ask?
