underthelights2I was getting ready to wrap up what might be one of the most historic days in MLJ history (I had a post linked by ESPN and another by TBL. BLOGSPLOSION!) when this message came my way.

i just got butterfucked by work…can anyone do me a solid and handle UTL this evening?

Spencer096

Well, I am helping a buddy out but I am not sure what he meant. Was he literal? If he was, that’s more info than I need to know. And it is disgusting. A stick of butter? What kind of sick sexual deviant are you? (NTTATWWT) Anywho, whatever Spencer is up to I am sure is way more exciting than my evening. Since it is report card time for the kiddies in New York City, Mrs. Roman will most likely be dominating the computer again which means I am going to actually be watching sports (or not) and not commenting with all y’all about this, that and the other thing. (Not that I will miss talking about a certain Wide Receiver’s fireman and a certain link friendly blog’s link to the picture. I think that any and all related jokes have run it’s course. Looking at you Rick) So let’s jump in and look at tonight’s slate of games:

The Association

Raptors/Magic - 2010 Knick Plan B takes on D12 in what should be a decent game.

2010 Knicks Expiring Contracts/Celtics - I am going to check this game out. The Wilson Chandler All-Stars are fun to watch. I am sure they will lose but it will be fun watching them chuck up shots, go up by 25 at the half and lose by 15.

Cavaliers/Nets - LeBron will spend the day with Jay-Z house shopping and preparing himself to show off his wares for the 4000 that show up at the IZOD Center, or as I like to call it, the building in which I tailgate in front of 8-10 Sundays a year.

Bulls/Lakers -The Best team in basketball take on a Vinnie Del Negro lead team. Derrick Rose will be taken to school (which is good, he will be good) by Kobe and the Gasol/Bynum tandem will flat out destroy all comers.

NHL

Wild/Penguins - Anytime the Penguins play you should give it a look. Same with the Red Wings. The Red Wings are not playing.

College Hoops

St. John’s/Boston College - The Red Storm are 2-0. I am sure they will be 2-1 tomorrow.

Kentucky/UNC -The names of the school make this game look more impressive then the actual match up of players. Billy Gillespie looks like a chicken. He also signed HeJew to play in the 2020 Freshman class.

Davidson/Oklahoma - Stephen Curry is a great college basketball player. Stephen Curry will be a great NBA 6th man. I know nothing about Oklahoma basketball except that they play in Norman.
