no i got you mikey.. generally that doesn’t work.. but i mean, the diamondbacks did it last year.. not unprecedented…. we’ll see i guess.. i think if you put a gun to my head and made me guess i’d probably say they barely miss the playoffs, but i expect them to hang in the race right up to when the mets collapse.. err the fat lady sings

I understand…I think the Marlins are good…I think the bullpen has severe issues, but I do like Sanchez and Johnson coming back…how effective they will be is a question…I also like their lineup but the only reliable guy is Hanley…and if they all stop hitting at once (very possible) they could have issues

i take them seriously…the cubs were shut down by the fish because they couldnt get out of their own way…and because you cant spell Hermeida without HR

the fish are the only remaining team that has a realistic shot at the NL playoffs that have scored fewer runs than they have given up…I guess thats what I mean – Ultimatey – not a recipie for making the plyoffs
