pki…sign up for the yearly plan…the one that gives you money back for what you don’t use…natty gas is almost as bad as oil but you can control the expense

No garage. In DC, a garage costs about 100k more. We do have 2 reserved p-spots in front of the house though.

pki..congrats on the house…i am currently looking to upgrade..but that first day in your own home is pretty cool…until later that month and you see your first mortgage payment..then you long for the Apt.
