LJ, challenged me to a bet. He told me that the Florida Marlins (HA!) would have more wins by the end of the season than the New York Mets. I of course told him he was correct. But then…THEN…he challenged my manhood saying I was afraid of fish. No one says that about me. So I decided to defend the Helmet family crest and accept his bet. The Bet you ask? If I win, I take over soflasports for a day and will of course post very little and ruin his site. If he wins, he gets unlimited posts on here that day. So September 29th be prepared as cortes will fill our heads with garbage about the U, the Marlins and Dan LeBatard (who, as we learned, is a brilliant writer and wonderful person yesterday at TBL). Fittingly, the Mets and Marlins finish the season, and close down Shea, the last weekend of the season. Could our bet be settled then? Stay tuned.
